Section 1: Agreement To Terms
After the purchase of any products or services made available by Arizonahost., the purchaser agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of service. The terms and conditions of service include, but are not limited to, all regulations, policies, and practices involved in the usage of any product or service purchased from Arizonahost

Section 2: Responsibility/Liability
The purchaser is held responsible and liable for all content of their web site and email messages. The purchaser may not hold Arizonahost. liable or responsible for any legal issues arising from Arizonahost. or 3rd parties regarding the use of the purchaser's website. Arizonahost. is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer due to service interruptions this includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused.

Section 3: Unsolicited Email
Unsolicited email practices are not tolerated. If the purchaser is found guilty of forwarding mass unsolicited or "SPAM" email through Arizonahost. web servers, Arizonahost. reserves the right to terminate the purchaser's account without notification. In such circumstances, the purchaser forgoes any possible refund of any and all hosting fees. Please note: Email older than 180 days are automatically deleted from our mail servers.

Section 4: Inappropriate Material
The purchaser agrees not to use their website or email account to promote, or make available in any manner, materials or services involved in hatred or discrimination toward any Nationality, Race, Religion, Sexual Preference, or Physical Trait. Breech of this policy will result in immediate termination and the purchaser thereby forgoes any refund of service fees.

Section 5: Copyright/Trademark Violation
The purchaser agrees not to violate in any way accepted trademarks or copyrights in the display of the website or email. Breech of this policy will result in immediate termination and the purchaser thereby forgoes any refund of service fees.

Section 6: Illegal Material
The purchaser agrees not to promote, or make available in any manner, materials or services that are stolen, misrepresented, or false in nature. Breech of this policy will result in immediate termination and the purchaser thereby forgoes any refund of service fees.

Section 7: Explicit Material
Use of the purchaser's website to promote or make available in any manner sexually explicit material is forbidden. Sexually explicit material includes, but is not limited to, pornography, images or written content of an adult or sexual nature displaying nudity and/or sexual encounters. Breech of this policy will result in immediate termination and the purchaser thereby forgoes any refund of service fees.

Section 8: Excessive Resource Usage
Arizonahost. does not allow more than 20% of system or network resources to be in use by any one website for any length of time. Any website that poses security threats or adverse effects on any other Arizonahost. users is subject to immediate termination. When appropriate compliance has been deemed by Arizonahost., the website may be reconnected without any fees or charges.

Section 9: Right Of Refusal
Arizonahost. reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason as it sees fit. All terms and conditions that apply to the purchaser's website and email are at the sole discretion of Arizonahost. By acceptance of terms of service, the purchase thereby accepts all fees and penalties associated with the breech of contract.

Section 10: Monthly Payment
Monthly Payment is due for the purchaser's website(s). Monthly calculations will be done on the day the purchaser activated the account each month. Accounts activated on the 29th, 30th, and 31st days of each month will be billed on the 28th day of every month following initial signup. If payment is not received, notification will be sent to the purchaser regarding the condition. At that time, Arizonahost. reserves the right to stop service to the purchaser until proper arrangements are made. All accounts that are tardy in excess of 7 days may be subject to a reconnection fee of $14.95 and/or pre-payment for 6 months services. Payment is charged on your credit card by Siteplot Hosting.

Section 11: Prepaid Payment
In the case of pre-payment for an account for any term, the customer is in a service contract for the length of the term of pre-payment. Pre-paid monies are refundable for the first 30 days after account activation as per our 30-day money back guarantee, minus any setup fees. Payment is due annually on the date of the original contract (or if the date does not appear on the next calendar year, the day before). If the customer would like to change their billing method to month-to-month, they may do so after the end of their contract.

Section 12: Dedicated Servers
Dedicated servers hosted with Arizonahost. are non-relocatable. Following the cancellation and/or termination of the dedicated server hosting agreement with Arizonahost., the server in question remains the property of Arizonahost., and can be used in any way and for any means deemed by Arizonahost. All set-up and installation fees for dedicated servers are non-refundable. The initial monthly hosting fees for dedicated servers are refundable within the first 30 days of service. Subsequent hosting fees are non-refundable.

Section 13: Final Decision
Arizonahost. will be the sole and final arbiter as to website accounts, e-mail accounts, domain hosting accounts, database hosting accounts, dedicated server accounts or usages of resources that constitute violation or intent to violate our policies. Those users found in violation of these policies are subject to removal for any instance of violation. Accounts which Arizonahost. must suspend or cancel due to violation of these rules are not eligible to receive a refund under our 30 money back guarantee. Acceptance of these Policies constitutes an acceptance of any fines or penalties which might arise out of violation of these policies.

Section 14: Creditcard Chargebacks
Invalid chargebacks made to Siteplot Hosting parent company of Arizonahost. will result in immediate account termination without notice. The account will then be turned over to a collection agency.
